Man muss bedenken das man direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist, die Lage könnte nicht zentraler u schön..

Man muss bedenken das man direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist, die Lage könnte nicht zentraler u schöner sein! Aber man ist halt auch mittendrin! Rundherum Lokale die abends selbstverständlich auch mit Außenmusik unterhalten! Also auf n Punkt gebracht: die Ruhe hat man nicht, aber es ist sehr schön zentral gelegen und nah am Strand! Aber auch von Baustellen umgeben! Hat man alle Türen und Fenster geschlossen in der Wohnung, hört man nichts mehr! Man kann also auch mit kleinen Kindern dort sehr gut nächtigen! Die Eisdiele gegenüber macht allerdings zeitig auf und muss dementsprechend auch ihre Terasse bestuhlen ;-) Anfahrt etwas holprig weil der Ort aus vielen engen Einbahnstraßen und Sackgassen besteht! Da ist das Wenden nicht ganz so entspannt ;-) ansonsten alles nett! Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl! Uns hat es mit 2 Teenagern und Hund sehr gut gefallen!

Wir waren im Oktober im Ostseehaus. Zu dieser Jahreszeit eine Top-Lage. Auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist nicht zu verachten. Ein Fahrstuhl im Haus ist sicher praktisch für Personen, welche nicht mehr so mobil sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte noch etwas komfortabler sein. An sich sonst ein super Urlaubsquartier für alle, die es gern „zentral“ mögen.
