Everything was as advertised. Location was convenient to everything in Smithville and the lake. Plenty of houseware in the kitchen. Great TVs. Would come again.

Not in Kansas City, but close enough 15-30 min to all sights in KC. Clean house, great amenities, washer dryer, additional towels.
