This property is managed by a company rather than an individual host, and that shows in some of the details. A few things that felt incomplete: several cabinet pulls and a pocket door handle are missing, the kitchen sink is tricky to use with no instructions nearby, and the WiFi password was left blank on the welcome poster. The master bedroom opens to a patio but lacks privacy screening. The deck furniture cushions have no weather protection, and the deck itself is showing its age. Curb appeal is minimal — the front of the house and driveway entry aren’t welcoming. Checkout instructions were vague (run the dishwasher? take out trash?), which added unnecessary uncertainty. That said, the price reflects the tradeoffs, and the space itself is genuinely spacious — comfortably sleeping 6–10 people. If you’re going for square footage on a budget and can overlook the unfinished details, it works.
