The 120 m² "Sir Henry A" holiday rental is located within walking distance of the beach in a quiet residential area and is designed to accommodate up to 6 people. A free parking space is available right next to the house.<br><br>The house features three separate bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, a separate guest bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. A 65-inch smart TV with MagentaTV, Netflix, and Disney+ is at your disposal. You can spend relaxing hours in the bright and modern living room with a comfortable sofa set. A washer-dryer is provided.<br><br>When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the furnished, south-facing terrace with a grill. Handcarts are available free of charge, subject to availability.<br><br>You’re welcome to bring your dog to this apartment.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Sir Henry” complex consists of three townhouses and two holiday apartments for 4–6 people and is located on a quiet street near the large car park in Grömitz. Both the apartments and the townhouses have a balcony or terrace and are modernly furnished. The beach and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the shared shed. <br><br>Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the left side of the building and can also be used together as one large unit. <br><br>The townhouses A (adjacent to Apartment 1 on the ground floor), B (in the middle), and C (end unit) have terraces that are next to each other.
