The holiday apartment 'Urban beach' in Marbella is perfect for a relaxing holiday with incredible views of the sea and Gibraltar in the distance.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, portable heaters, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair is also available.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and a covered terrace, and a pool, which is open year-round and has a lifeguard during the summer, is also available for your use.
There is a restaurant and a café just a few steps away (40m). A nearby supermarket and bar are both a minute away on foot (150m).
The beach Playa de la Fontanilla is 10-15 minutes away on foot (1km) and the Playa del Faro beach is 5 minutes away on foor (400m).
The Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is 40 minutes away by car (51km).
A parking space is available in a garage.
Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed.

We were welcomed by Daniel , he was very friendly and helpful. The property is in a great central location . Everything is within a walking distance . The apartment was clean . The kitchen could have used some wine glasses . Overall it was a positive stay .
