Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, this beachfront holiday rental on the 1st floor awaits you. With 43 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and warmly welcomes your four-legged companion as well.

The bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the living area includes a high-quality sleeper sofa that sleeps two additional guests. Both rooms can be darkened to ensure a restful night’s sleep. For families with young children, we’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair. The bathroom features a modern design and includes a shower.

A well-equipped kitchenette and the adjacent dining area offer everything you need for relaxed meals. The spacious balcony, furnished with comfortable seating, invites you to enjoy the fresh air and sunny hours.

The spacious guest garden is an additional highlight. Here you’ll find a barbecue area, as well as various seating and lounging options that invite you to linger. A private parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival. You can safely park any bicycles you bring with you behind the house. In addition, a sauna is available upon request and for a fee—ideal for winding down the day in relaxation.

Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town centre!

The holiday complex consists of a spacious two-story holiday home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an lift in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the holiday apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on 0.50€ coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the holiday home even has two parking spaces).
