This stylish 43 m² holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers the perfect accommodation for couples or solo travellers seeking relaxation and comfort. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, it’s the perfect place to unwind—and your dog is also welcome.

The apartment features a cosy bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains for restful nights. Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower.

The well-equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area offers everything you need to prepare your meals. The spacious, furnished balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air and relax outdoors.

In the spacious guest garden, you’ll find a grill and various seating and lounging areas. Use for a fee. A private parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked securely behind the house. For additional relaxation, you can use the on-site sauna upon request and for a fee.

Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. The town centre is just a few steps away!

The holiday complex consists of a spacious two-story holiday home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an lift in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the holiday apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that requires €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the holiday home even has two parking spaces).
