Nice Apartment with great location

Fantastic location in the middle of Cala Millie facing out over the promenade and overlooking the beach and sea. Literally in the middle of this bruisend and friendly seaside town. Too many restaurants and cafes to name. The apartment is easily big enough for 4, two doubles with bathroom, living room and kitchen. With a balcony overlooking the sea It's on the second floor, stairs and no lift. Entry via a side street with code locked gate. No reserved parking but during our stay this wasn't a problem as it's fairly easy to find places nearby (this was in May !). Very clean and well equipped and a perfect base for exploring the island by car.

Tolles Appartement, die Lage war einfach traumhaft. 1 min zum Strand und viele Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich kann das nur empfehlen und wir würden wieder kommen.Zudem wenn alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen waren, war fast nichts mehr zu hören von den umliegenden Hotels und des Strandes. Das einzige was für als „Kritik“ sehen könnten das die Belüftung im Bad nicht so gut war so dass es deutlich und lange beschlagen war, so das es länger mit abtrocknen brauchte. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub. 4,5 Sterne hat es verdient.

Ons verblijf in Cala Millor was heerlijk. In één minuut van voordeur tot met je voeten in het zand. Lange boulevard voor het appartement en een net zo’n lange winkelstraat achter het appartement, veel restaurants. Het appartement is netjes maar de badkamer verdient wat aandacht. Eén set handdoeken was eigenlijk net te weinig aangezien de was slecht droogde door de hoge luchtvochtigheid. Thorsten was zeer vriendelijk. Parkeren op vijf minuten van het appartement was te doen nu het niet zo druk was, geen idee hoe dat is in het hoogseizoen. Kortom zeker een aanrader!

Gute Lage jedoch nicht sehr sauber

Wir haben eine gute Wuche in der FW verbracht. Diese ist gut ausgestattet. Jedoch ist die Sauberkeit zu bemängeln. Und wer Ruhe möchte ist sicher nicht gut bedient, ringsherum hat es Bar's und Restaurants und dort ist es teilweise laut. Alles in allem o.k.

Aussicht fabelhaft, Lage top. Treppe runter und man ist im Leben. 3 Restaurant, mit Eisdiele und Supermarkt. Parkplatz direkt am Opjekt oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Küche gut ausgestattet. Matratzen für uns Ok. Balkon gut ausgestattet, Möbel bequem. Sitzmöbel im Essbereich gut. Sofa naja. Bad, deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ansprechend, nicht sauber. Kein Fenster und kein Abzugventilator. Schrank im Schlafzimmer roch nach feuchtem Kartoffelkeller. Leider mussten wir Morgens um 6 Uhr bei der Abreise mit unseren Koffern durch das dunkle Treppenhaus stolpern,da das Licht nicht funktionierte. Fazit: Trotz der kleinen Mängel ein schöner Aufenthalt

Traumurlaub

Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und in Top Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Deckenventilatoren und gegen Aufpreis auch Klimaanlagen. Die Räume sind großzügig, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und vollständig. Im eigenen Hauswirtschaftsraum gibt es sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man kann hier also durchaus nur mit Handgepäck anreisen und findet alles vor was man braucht. Besonders toll ist natürlich die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer! Unten im Haus gibt es einen Minimarkt und 2 Restaurants; man kann sich somit sehr gut selbst versorgen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist zudem ein Aldi. Wie in Touristenorten allgemein üblich, geht es abends etwas länger und lebendiger zu. Lärmempfindliche und "Frühschläfer" sollten sich zumindest darauf einstellen, dass hier ab 22.00 Uhr keine Nachtruhe herrscht. 😉 Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und auch Extrawünsche (ein Ausdruck) wurden schnell und unbürokratisch organisiert. Kurzum...uns hat's gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 👍

Erster Ferienwohnungsurlaub

Dies war meine erste Erfahrung mit einer Ferienwohnung, normalerweise bin ich in Hotels unterwegs. Für meinen ersten Aufenthalt in einer FeWo konnte ich mir keine bessere Unterkunft und keine bessere Agentur aussuchen. Alles verlief unkompliziert: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, die Schlüsselübergabe, mein spontanes Verlängern des Aufenthalts. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich schön, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen kann. Die Lage ist natürlich absolut top! Vom Bett aus auf das Meer zu schauen ist traumhaft. Der Inhaber der Wohnungen ist ein sehr liebenswerter Herr. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
