Perfect little get away for our family

Pros: The host answered all questions when necessary and did well when he doesn’t seem to speak English! ❤️ Great location for the sun! Comes into the garden around 10:30/11am February time. Love having a kitchen outside. Cons: The cats were a bit excited when cooking! But didn’t really bother us as such.

Candelaria 2 ist ein kleines Haus in Berglage mit dem allernötigsten an Ausstattung zB. Espressokanne statt Kaffeemaschine. Der Pool lag bei uns (BRD Herbstferien) die meiste Zeit im Schatten und wenn ab 10/11h die Wolken rüber kamen sowieso. Kontakt zum Besitzer nur in spanisch, mit Hilfe einer Übersetzerapp.Gesamteindruck: einfach, sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend.Wir hatten mit all dem keine Probleme.Wer die Cueva del Viento besuchen möchte sollte das bereits bei Reiseplanung mit einplanen, genauso die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn auf den Teide.

Schöne Anlage abseits vom Touristenrummel

Pros: Haus und Garten sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet. WLAN, Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung funktionieren sehr gut. Vermieter Domingo reagierte auf jede Bitte sofort und hat auch den Pool gesäubert. Wenn jemand keine Katzen mag, niemals füttern!! Bei uns waren es zuletzt 6! Stück, die wir verpflegt haben. Aber die drei Jungen waren auch eine Bereicherung. Es ist auch genügend Bettwäsche und Badetücher zum Wechseln vorhanden, ebenso eine Wachmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade nur, dass Domingo kein Englisch oder Deutsch spricht. Cons: Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass weder ein Restaurant noch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Beste FeWo im diese Bereich

Pros: sehr gut Lage mit eine tolle Überblick auf dem Küste und Gran Canaria (durch eine Wind Farm, aber das stört uns überhaupt nicht). Die Einrichtungen sind einfach aber gemütlich. Cons: die heißes/kalte Wasser mischt nicht so gut im Dusche. Die wilde Katzen laden sich selbst gerne im Kucher an oder die Mülltonne durchsuchen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Pros: Das Haus hat einen kleinen aber ausreichenden Pool. Die Außenküche hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch eine Toilette mit Dusche im Außenbereich, sowie ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine. Dies stand nicht in der Beschreibung. Eine Klimaanlage ist im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Der Vermieter brachte uns auch noch einen Toaster. Cons: Leider hatten wir bei der Außen Küche viele Ameisen und das WLAN hat nicht wirklich funktioniert.

Een hele mooie locatie aan de rustige kant van het eiland.

Pros: Het huis is groot genoeg voor 2 of 4 personen. Het is redelijk goed schoongemaakt. Prima parkeergelegenheid, mooi uitzicht en volledige privacy. Cons: Verbeterpunten: Geen koffie zet mogelijkheid voor filterkoffie. Plak stickers op de schuifpuien, om tegenaan lopen te voorkomen. Er is geen afwaskwast en ook geen droogdoeken. Overal camera's en censoren, geen prettig gevoel. Maak een gastenboek met informatie over: TV, Kookcomfort binnen en buiten. Buitencomfort maakt sluiting, de knoppen stonden af en toe onder stroom of de ontsteking bleef steken en almaar vonken! Gevaarlijk! Dus stekker eruit! Ook omgevingsinformatie zou leuk zijn. Zwembad pomp gaat te pas en te onpas draaien met veel lawaai tot gevolg. Onderwater verlichting blijft de hele nacht aan!! Energie bewust??? Volgens informatie is alles erg millieubewust gemaakt, zorg dan ook dat je niet met alle lampen aan in de woonkamer kunt leven. Oud papier kan je niet kwijt, en groen afval is ook een probleem. Beheerder geen enkele keer gezien, dus contact verliep moeizaam via de Whats App. Dus ook geen borg betaald. Bij langer verblijf dan een week moet je VRAGEN om schoonmaak!

La estancia y la hospitalidad del anfitrión fue muy buena.

Pros: La casa es muy acogedora y me llamó la atención el olor a limpio nada más abrir la puerta, por lo que felicito también al servicio de limpieza, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente en ella, el jardín me encantó, la piscina a pesar de no ser muy grande para cuatro personas está muy bien, perfectamente limpia y muy bonita, la barbacoa al tenerla justo al lado está genial para hacer las comidas ahí. También pude llevar a mi perrita, que para nosotros es una más de la familia y la pudimos tener suelta por toda la zona sin miedo a que se pudiese escapar porque está perfectamente vallada, así que LO RECOMIENDO 100% Cons: ESTUVO TODO MUY BIEN, NO LE PONGO NINGÚN PERO.

Unos días maravillosos y tranquilos en familia!

Pros: Nos gustó TODO! Las vistas, lugar tranquilo, la casa muy bonita y con piscina privada. Tienes dos huertas con árboles frutales preciosas!😍 Cons: Hace mucho calor dentro de la casa, pero teníamos un ventilador y pudimos solucionarlo un poco. Una pena que no nos dio tiempo a probar la barbacoa!! Nota: Nos dijeron que van a poner aire acondicionado, sería genial.

Paz y tranquidad

Pros: Me encantó esta propiedad, coqueta casa rústica, muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario en su interior y el exterior maravilloso, zona de barbacoa con cocina de gas, fregadero y nevera, para hacer vida afuera junto a la piscina que estaba impecable. Jardines muy bien cuidados con frutales y verduras. Me enamoré de los gatos que nos visitaban, me los hubiera llevado a todos. La propiedad al entrar con un delicioso olor a limpio, los colchones muy cómodos y Don Domingo muy amable, siempre pendiente de uno. La casa está apartada, pero se llega bien con el coche, y era lo que buscaba. Un remanso de paz para descansar junto a mi familia. La recomiendo 100% y mi familia se enamoró de la casa y de su encanto. Totalmente que repetiremos muy pronto ... Cons: No hay nada que no me gustara...

Très mauvaise expérience - je ne recommanderais ce logement à personne, même à mon pire ennemi

Madame, Monsieur, Nous ne recommanderions ce logement à personne. Le descriptif faisait mention d’un quartier résidentiel très calme avec vue sur les montagnes. Il n’en est rien. De nombreux chiens aboient sans cesse jour et nuit. Aussi de nombreux coqs hurlent chaque matin dès 04:00. Certes, l’annonce mentionne la présence de chats dans le quartier. Ce qu’elle oublie de préciser, c’est qu’ils sont constamment dans la propriété et qu’ils souillent la cuisine extérieure notamment la nuit… dégoûtant. La prétendue vue sur les montagnes est entrecoupée d’une ligne haute tension. De plus, la vue sur la côte fait face à un énorme parc éolien. Sur la photo de l’annonce, celui-ci n’est pas visible puisque la photo en question est de qualité médiocre. Les containers des poubelles et autres déchets organiques sont entreposés sur la route à côté de la villa, générant ainsi des odeurs nauséabondes et des nuisances sonores lors du ramassage des poubelles très tôt le matin. Enfin, le logement est éloigné des centres d’intérêts principaux de l’île. Nous n’aurions jamais loué cette villa si le descriptif de l’annonce avait fait mention ne serait-ce que d’un seul des points mentionnés ci-dessus. Le logement ne correspondant pas à la description, nous avons décidé de changer de logement après 5 jours de séjour seulement. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, nous exigeons une compensation financière pour les problèmes rencontrés correspondant à la totalité de la valeur du séjour, à savoir 1292 €. Chère Sabine, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous partager votre avis. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous avons parlé au propriétaire qui nous a dit que la propriété, comme indiqué dans l'annonce, est dans une zone rurale calme, avec très peu de trafic. Il peut y avoir le bruit occasionnel des animaux de ferme à proximité, qui malheureusement, est hors de leur contrôle. Il n'y a que 3 ou 4 chats dans le voisinage, et comme de nombreux visiteurs les accueillent, ils reviennent sans cesse. Nous comprenons que tout le monde ne les aime pas et c'est pourquoi cela est mentionné dans l'annonce, afin que les futurs clients soient informés et qu'ils puissent être calmement chassés. Le propriétaire nous informe également que le parc éolien se trouve à environ 5 km de la propriété et qu'il n'est visible qu'au loin. Il n'affecte pas la vue. Les poubelles sont à 500m de la maison et elles n'ont pas eu de problème de mauvaises odeurs. Les lignes électriques sont visibles sur huit des photos de l'annonce, et bien qu'elles soient assez proches de la propriété, elles ne gâchent pas la vue. La propriété est annoncée comme étant dans une zone rurale, et la carte dans l'annonce montre l'emplacement approximatif. Nous sommes désolés que vous l'ayez trouvée loin du centre. Vous auriez toujours pu contacter votre hôte si vous aviez besoin d'informations détaillées sur les environs, car il connaît bien la région. Comme vous le savez d'après votre communication avec nous, votre demande de remboursement a été refusée par le propriétaire, et malheureusement nous n'avons aucune influence ni aucun contrôle, si ce n'est d'essayer de servir de médiateur en votre nom.
