About this property

Just outside Sint Maartenszee, and just 2 km from the beach, you can rent this fun and attractive group accommodation for up to 11 people. The monumental farmhouse is very cozy and completely newly furnished. The ideal base for a wonderful holiday near the Sea, Beach and Dunes, where you will lack nothing.

In the spacious living room you have a large Smart TV and cozy wood-burning fireplace.

The luxurious fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, oven and dishwasher. In addition to the traditional filter coffee maker, you also have a Nespresso coffee machine.

The farm has 11 single Boxspring beds of 210 cm spread over 4 bedrooms. long. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sink. In the new 2nd bathroom has a wonderful rain shower, and sink. This is located on the ground floor.

If the temperature is good, you can very quickly sit outside on your sun terrace or lawn (no less than 350 m2). Complete the coziness with the Weber barbecue.
