Tranquillity, space and luxury 🤩This beautiful, spacious and modern chalet was completed in June 2024. It is located in a beautiful spot on the edge of Park Campanula surrounded by greenery. In spring, you will also enjoy the view of the bulb fields there. With high ceilings, high-quality bright finish and large windows, you will experience plenty of light and space. A chalet that feels like a real home. The exterior has a modern wood finish, giving the chalet a natural and luxurious look. There is a terrace with garden table and 6 garden chairs, the covered veranda with cosy lounge sofa allows you to enjoy the outdoors in all weathers. 

The layoutLiving room and kitchen
The garden-oriented living room is wonderfully spacious and modern, with a 3-seater sofa and 2 hip swivel armchairs, Smart TV with Dutch and a number of German channels. The kitchen is corner unit, modern in design and equipped with, a.o. an induction cooker with extractor hood, combi microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a cosy dining area with round table and 4 chairs.

Bathroom and toilet
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin with illuminated mirror and plenty of cupboard space. The toilet is in a separate room.

Water descaler
This chalet is equipped with a special water descaler, making it ideal for people who are sensitive to hard(er) water on their skin.   

Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 2-person box spring bed (2 separate 80 x 200cm mattresses and 1-person duvets), bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (lower bed is a box spring, upper bed has a slatted base) and a 1-person box spring bed (all 80 x 200cm).

Terrace and garden
There is a terrace with garden table and 6 garden chairs, on the covered veranda with cosy lounge sofa you can enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. The chalet is located on the edge of the park, surrounded by greenery. In spring, you will have beautiful views of the bulb fields from the garden and living room. In February 2025, a shed was placed near the chalet that you may use to place your (electric) bikes, for example, with power supply to charge bikes there.

Park Campanula/Pool
The park has an indoor swimming pool, access is free for chalet tenants. For the other facilities at Campanula, guests can use for a fee. (sauna, mini golf, laundrette)

The chalet has central heating so it can be lived in all year round. 

The windows and (garden) doors are equipped with mosquito nets.

You cannot park directly at the chalet (possibility to load and unload). Parking is possible on the park's central car park.
