Spend the day fishing along the Arkansas River, hiking a fourteener, or relaxing at Mt Princeton Hot Springs, then head back to the condo and relax by the fireplace, walk to restaurants and shopping or enjoy the balcony.

Location is everything when you are traveling to a mountain town like Salida. Our condo complex is located right on the boat ramp and on the Arkansas River, which makes it, in our opinion, the very best location to stay.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to the river and downtown is unbeatable. When we are in town ourselves, we park the car in the reserved spot and then spend the rest of the weekend walking everywhere we need to. You will absolutely adore how cute our condo is, but also how many amenities it includes and how easy it is to enjoy our town.
