In our holiday apartments you sleep on slatted frames made of pine wood, untreated and free of metal and plastic. The bedware is in natural linen. Enjoy the relaxing scent of pine wood in all rooms of the apartment.
We offer comfortable warm rooms in the winter and pleasantly cool rooms in the summer due to a geothermal natural heating and cooling system. There is an elevator in the building.
Parking is possible. Parking boxes also for electric cars with e-chargers are available. Please make the request before booking! Pets are welcome.
For max. 2 persons

Die nette Vermieterin hat uns wunderbar beherbergt und bei Problemen geholfen. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist für einen Stadtlmenschen ideal.

Top-Adresse im Centrum Merans
Wir waren fast 2 Wochen in der Wohnung Nr.5. Sehr, sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr dezente, aber wirkungsvolle Klimanlage, die bei 35 Grad sehr "hilfreich" war. Überaus herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang durch Frau Hartig, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat.
Die Wohnung ist ideal, um tagsüber in den Bergen zu wandern und abends in Meran zu flanieren. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mitten im Herzen von Meran
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Meran, sehr praktisch. Neue Fenster, die absolut schalldicht sind.
Alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen. Moderne Einrichtung, sauber und gepflegt.

Sehr schöne, zentrale Wohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieterin
Wir waren in Wohnung Nr. 5. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super - super gelegen, super eingerichtet, super Vermieterin - alles super!
Sehr elegante, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in absolut zentraler Lage, hochwertig eingerichtet, in historischem Gebäude, die Laubengänge wortwörtlich um die nächste Ecke, ebenso Supermarkt, Cafés, Bars direkt nebenan, sehr hilfsbereite und jederzeit ansprechbare Vermieterin, und die Wohnung war sehr ruhig - uns hat es rundum gut gefallen!

Moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, neu renoviert und sehr sauber. In Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum, Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt nebenan. Außerdem sind schöne Spazierwege schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Stadturlaub
Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe restauriert worden. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut hochwertig und modern eingerichtet.
