Excellent house, great location

Maria was helpful from the start. The accommodation was perfect for us. Near the beach and the bars and restaurants, very peaceful, easy parking. I would definitely recommend.

Pros: The property is in a convenient, quiet location on a street just a short walk from the promenade of melonaires. We hired a car and visited many surrounding places as the apartment is fairly central for exploring. The apartment is very comfortable and clean with a lovely patio and garden area for the afternoon sun. The pools to the property were fantastic, quiet in April when we were there and very clean. We would definitely like to revisit this apartment and area! Recommended!,

Pros: I could recommend this bungalow even though some things did not turn out the way it should. The house was very nice, not perfectely cleaned, but very well equipped and planned. The garden was wonderful, nice terrace and lots of flowers. You could pick tomatoes for breakfast. The master bed room had a wonderful balcony with a view over the sea. It was only a few hundred meters to the meloneras beach. We did not visit it more than twice though as the kids preferred Maspalomas beach (15 minutes walk). The only thing that disappointed us was the pool area. Everything was closed winter time (restaurant, breakfast etc) and the pool water was freezingly cold. I am really honest if I say that it was like taking a swim in our summer house lake in the upper north of Sweden in April! But all together we are satisfied!

Pros: Lejligheden ligger i et roligt område. Det er den bedste ferielejlighed, jeg har boet i. Der var mange ekstra håndklæder, sengetøj, opvasketabs, staniol osv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn. Det samme var udenomsarealerne. Poolen er ikke opvarmet, så januar temperaturen kan føles koldt for nogen. Vi havde bil, så det var let for os at handle ved Super Dino tæt ved motorvejen ca 5 min i bil.

Pros: Huset levede fint op til beskrivelsen, dejligt afslappende ferieområde. Pool område velholdt og fint. Vandet er ikke opvarmet og var nogle dage lidt koldt. Gå afstand til meget turistpræget område med restauranter og shoppingcenter samt strande. Kan absolut anbefales at have en lejebil for at købe ind i større supermarkeder, end dem der er i nærområdet. Vi mødte aldrig udlejeren, men hendes datter tog imod os da vi ankom om natten, hvilket var god service. Vi ville gerne have vidst på forhånd at vi skulle betale kontant, da det var forbundet med en del besvær at hæve større beløb samt koster hævegebyr. Ved udtjekning ville vi gerne have vidst at vi bare skulle lægge nøglerne. I det hele taget lidt sparsom information fra udlejer, men intet stort problem.
