The property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, and cozy....even better than the listing. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to so many things. Nathan was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend his home!

With a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute drive to 'restaurant row', the house is in a great location in a quiet little neighborhood.

Very nice stay for our long weekend for 2 adults in this quaint home located on a peaceful street. Great location in a pretty neighborhood allowed us to avoid traffic and walk to the beach, to coffee and to a beautiful sunset. Charming rooms are small but provided separate living and work spaces. Responsive host, clean home, wonderful stay.
