Fall is upon us! An "Adults 21 & Older" unique location where guests can unwind & decompress. Open one of the RV size doors or lounge on the outdoor seating area while watching wildlife in the lagoon. Enjoy a beverage while playing pool, air hockey or watching a movie/sporting event on the 85" TV. Feeling adventurous? Take the kayaks or paddle boards out & explore the lagoon. Visit local Gig Harbor. Or, hop on a ferry (15 min away) & explore Seattle for the day. Welcome to Liquid Leisure.

Welcome to our little slice of Heaven designed specifically for Adults 21 and over only. The perfect place to stay for relaxation or adventure! Hike the local trails, visit Mt. Rainier, the Hoh Rainforest in the Olympics or even Ocean Shores...all perfect day trips. Want to kayak or paddle board in the lagoon? You can do that too, right from your door. Want to visit Seattle, see a sporting event or concert? Avoid the traffic, drive 15-20 minutes and take one of the ferries to Seattle where you will be walking distance from the main attractions.

We do not charge cleaning fees. As a husband and wife team we work hard to provide a beautiful, clean and updated location for our guests.

Our “Barndominium” meets “3-Bay RV Size Garage Plus” was remodeled for the ultimate, relaxing, on the water, lagoon view stay.

The large master bedroom is on the main floor and features a luxurious king size bed, sitting area, clothing storage, full size mirror, luggage racks, sound machine/alarm clock, charging cables, 35" flat screen tv, mini split heater a/c, glass sliding doors with view of lagoon and patio with bistro sitting area.

The second bedroom is technically a loft, with a ceiling height of approximately 4.5 feet. It is accessed via a ladder/staircase enclosed on each side. This room has a queen bed, charging cables, sound machine/alarm clock, reading lights, reading chair, side table and portable fan. Although extremely comfortable for sleeping and lounging, due to its height restrictions, this area should be reserved for those who do not mind being somewhat horizontal and/or do not have mobility issues. A private nook downstairs is provided for luggage storage, changing, etc.

An open concept main area is designed with the remainder of the features to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing environment or in the alternative, an upbeat engaging atmosphere.

A fully stocked kitchen has everything you would find at home with extras for the coffee connoisseur (French press, pour over, electric kettle, Nespresso, coffee grinder, coffee maker, frother). We provide some whole bean coffee and Nespresso pods to get your vacation started. A Brita, microwave, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, hand mixer, blender, cookware, bake ware and many other kitchen extras are provided.

The kitchen and dining area is enhanced with a live edge bar and bar stools. A dining table with four chairs (2 extra chairs available upon request) is featured in front of an automatic roll-up door which you can open at your leisure (two other roll up doors can be opened upon request, weather permitting).

The main living area is equipped with an additional mini split heater a/c. Relax on the large sectional while watching sports or movies on the 85” flat screen tv. Play a game of pool or air hockey while watching a different game on the smaller tv displayed above the air hockey table. There are board games, cards and even puzzles to enjoy in your spare time.

For those using the loft, a little nook with luggage racks and clothing storage, along with a privacy curtain is provided. Additionally, an iron, small ironing board and clothing steamer are stored in this area.

The bathroom has a has a full-size shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, hair towels, make up towels and plenty of storage for all of your necessities. You will also find a small first aid kit under the sink.

Outside you will find a cozy sitting area with a couch, two chairs, a fire table and large 10'x13' umbrella (dependent on the wind/rain) perfectly set up with a view of lagoon.

Beach towels, paddle boards, kayaks and life vests are available for use upon request (with signed waiver), with prior notice and dependent on tide. We are in a "lagoon" so the water level varies greatly, day by day, hour by hour. If you are a definite "I really want to kayak or paddle board," please check a tidal chart for the days you would like to book. Use "Wauna" as a location. The tide needs to be a minimum of 10.5' to safely launch/return to our dock.

At your leisure feel free to wander the 1.5 acres or the small nature trail where you might run into our free-range chickens or see other wildlife including eagles, osprey, seals and otters.

Bainbridge Island, 50 minutes

Guest access:
Guests are welcome to the entire property except for the main house and the fenced area around the main house. Feel free to wander the property being careful of uneven ground and/or wet/muddy/slick areas. There is a nice trail to the south of the chicken coop that extends to the grass area, waterfront and dock.

Other things to note:
Our location is designed for adult guests 21 years and older. Unfortunately, anyone under 21 years old will not be permitted to book or stay at the property.
