This recently renovated 57 m² duplex apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It is an independent property with a private outdoor area, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views from the balcony. The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, a garden, two open terraces, a covered terrace area, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (each with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed if desired), a bathroom, and a balcony. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and outdoor furniture. Recycling containers are available. Towels and bed linens are provided. Free street parking is available.
Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not permitted. Parties are not allowed.
