Here you can enjoy the Pedestrian Old Town, where you can see numerous palaces built in stone of Marés, restaurants, bars, shops, museums and its marina with boats, restaurants and terraces.
And along the street parallel to the duplex passes the Camí de Cavalls, hiking trails that line the island along paths perfectly conditioned for your walk and enjoy the unspoiled nature of the island. And if you like the sea, the turquoise blue of the water of Menorca on the beach of Santandría (3 minutes walk) where you can snorkel, swim, or simply enjoy the sun and light on the beach.
