Welcome to the SeeGarten holiday rental on beautiful Lake Constance, the “Swabian Sea.”

This very bright, approximately 62-square-meter holiday rental is furnished in a very modern and high-quality style. The living room features a 65-inch smart TV and Wi-Fi; the bedroom, the built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, and the wonderful, spacious bathroom are all fully and stylishly equipped.

Directly from the living room, you step out onto an approx. 25-square-meter terrace with a unique 65-square-meter garden where you can relax and unwind.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, on a small side street right next to Schlösslepark.

We now provide our guests with the free “ECHT BODENSEE CARD.” This offers the following benefits, for example:
– free admission to the natural beach, indoor pool, museum, park concerts, and much more.

Modern, nice and very well located apartment

Very nice apartment, well equipped, excellent location, own place in parking garage, ideal for 2 persons to visit (eastern) part of Bodensee. At walking distance to station and bus connections. Further, a small walk to the Bodensee with a nice restaurant to have a meal or a drink. Relaxed atmosphere.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, es fehlt nichts, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es ist dort sehr ruhig. Es sind kurze Wege zum Becker, Metzker( fürs Frühstück auf der Terrasse 1 Minute), Restaurants, Bahnhof 8 Minuten (kostenlose Fahrten entlang des Bodensees), Fahrradverleih, Freibad am See (10 Minuten). Wir haben unser Auto nicht einmal aus der Tiefgarage geholt, es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub, vielen Dank nochmal...

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bietet alles ,was man braucht. Sie liegt zentral im Ortskern, aber dadurch dass sie sich in der zweiten Reihe befindet, ist es angenehm ruhig. Eine Bäckerei, verschiedene Restaurants und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt und wir fühlten uns wohl in der Woche in Kressbronn. Alles nötige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, und der Vermieter hat uns alle Informationen die wir benötigten bestens mitgeteilt, und es war alles geregelt. können den Vermieter nr loben!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, perfekt für 2 Personen. Wir waren zu dritt mit Kind (2J), ging auch sehr gut. Die Lage ist echt gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur ein paar Meter vom See entfernt. Die Terasse ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet - Abendsonne, sehr schön! Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist auch sehr angenehm. Dafür ist die Wohnung nicht ganz billig gewesen.
