The Space:

Set behind a private gate on 3.27 acres, this is really three buildings working together as one compound — the main residence, a detached guest house, and a flexible gym/office/media suite — connected by lawns, stone paths, and open valley views.



The single-level main residence unfolds under vaulted ceilings into one expansive open floor plan, where the great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen flow together and spill out onto the covered deck. The kitchen is outfitted with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances and an oversized island built for gathering. The primary suite is its own retreat — a grand designer's walk-in closet and a marble-appointed bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and dual vanities. Each guest bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and private exterior access, so everyone gets a real measure of privacy.

A detached 1,000 sq. ft. gym/office/media suite, separate from the main house. A 1,000 sq. ft. guest house with tall ceilings, a full kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances, 1.5 bathrooms, and a private bedroom — ideal for guests, multi-generational stays, or extra income potential.



In-House Services

Make the most of wine country without ever touching a rental car. Private transportation is available for the duration of your stay — our 11-passenger van is perfect for group wine tastings, birthday weekends, or bachelorette itineraries, while our 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade is ideal for more intimate outings like winery visits, dinner reservations, or airport transfers. Arrange it in advance and we'll have a vehicle and driver ready when you need one.

For wine enthusiasts, the options are endless: enjoy the stunning hilltop views and sculpture garden at Paradise Ridge Winery just five minutes away, explore the beautiful estate gardens at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens within eight minutes, or experience the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere of Hook and Ladder Vineyards and Winery, complete with a bocce court, just fifteen minutes from your door. When it comes to dining, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the local culinary scene. Oishii Sushi Bar and Grill is conveniently located just five minutes away on Mark West Springs Road. For an elevated experience, the fine-dining classic John Ash and Company is an eight-minute drive, while the renowned Starks Steak and Seafood in downtown Santa Rosa is reachable in about fifteen minutes.



Getting Around:

Fly into Sonoma County Airport (STS) whenever possible — it's about 15 minutes from the house, far closer than San Francisco or Oakland. A car is recommended for exploring wine country, but you don't actually need to drive yourself: book private transportation directly with us — our 11-passenger van or 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade — for wine tours, dinners, and airport transfers.



Other Things to Note:

Welcome to our hilltop estate. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum age to book is 25 years old. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and events or parties are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 guests. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of 400 dollars. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of 100 dollars per day from May through October or 250 dollars per day from November through April. The hot tub is heated free of charge. Free parking is provided in the garage. We offer private transportation services including an 11-passenger van or a 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade which can be booked directly with us.
