This beautiful, spacious holiday villa in Carvoeiro features 3 bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom), a heated pool, and a beautifully landscaped garden. The town centre and the beach are a 10-minute walk away.
Would you like a heated pool? The villa offers the option to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature. This is a special treat, especially for children and older guests. You can add the pool heating option for 150 € per week.

Please request this option early when making your reservation.
Payment for the pool heating is made in cash to the on-site manager.

There is one large covered parking space available for your hire car. You’ll find two excellent restaurants nearby.

This was our 2nd stay at Stefanie’s amazing villa and we were every bit impressed as we were last year. The villa itself is immaculate, spacious and well maintained. David welcomed us to the property and was really helpful throughout our stay. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic, and the location is perfect for getting into Carvoeiro but also enjoying some peace and quiet. Uber and Bolt are easily available for when it’s too hot to tackle the hill back up! The rooftop space is a great way to watch the sunrise or sunset overlooking the sea. I’m sure we will be visiting again!

Stunning - we loved it!

A gorgeous villa in a beautifully quiet but central location - we had the most amazing time. The villa was spacious, clean, and exactly as described - we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. A/C was a godsend, boules area was fun, pool was just lovely - we loved it all!

As other reviews have said the photographs don’t do the property justice. There is plenty of inside and outside space and all 3 bedrooms are a good size with en-suite facilities. You can walk to the beach and local restaurants- the main town is about a 20 minute walk but there are restaurants within 5 minutes or so. A car isn’t necessary but is useful if you want to see more of the surrounding area. A clean ,well equipped and spacious property which was just what we were looking for.

Great property, Great area, absolutely spotless and clean. Grandkids loved the pool. Short walk down to the town and beach. Everything in the villa we needed, including all English TV channels! We have been coming to Carvoeiro for many years, a nice family friendly town. We will return!

Fantastic

This Villa far exceeded our expectations as the photographs on your site do not do justice when compared to entering the property. It is a wonderful villa with everything required to ensure an enjoyable holiday. Every bedroom was well furnished and each with en-suite facilities. All other shared spaces were pleasantly furnished. The villa was exceptionally clean with maid service twice a week, the pool was cleaned teice a week and also had a gardener visit to attend the garden. None of which disturbed our stay Plenty of outside seating, whether in sun or shade and within easy walking distance to the town centre. A delightful all round stay and would love to return.

L'hébergement est magnifique et correspond totalement à l'annonce voir il est encore mieux en vrai!!! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants de 20 ans.et 22 ans( chacun sa chambre et surtout chacun sa salle de bain, un vrai plus).La piscine est superbe avec une eau à bonne température ( jamais froid pour rentrer dedans). Le quartier est très calme.L'hôte est très accessible, gentil et bienveillant avec ses voyageurs. Vraiment je recommande les yeux fermés .

Großzügiges Haus mit tollem Pool in 1a Lage

Nach einer sehr netten, zügigen Übergabe konnten wir uns im klimatisierten Haus mit tollen Liegen am Pool, schattigem Außensitz mit Grill und allem drum und dran sehr wohl fühlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur funktionierte äußerst angenehm und ein kleiner Wunsch wurde uns sofort erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Schöne, ruhige geräumige Villa mit allem Komfort

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und auch von den Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet je nach Sonnenstand schöne Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, den Sonnenuntergang kann man mit Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse genießen. CheckIn und CheckOut waren völlig entspannt. Gute Lokale sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso der Stadt-Strand (ca. 15 min). Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit an weiteren traumhaften Stränden. Die Miete ist nicht ganz billig, aber das Haus ist seinen Preis wert.

Très bon séjour

La villa est vraiment magnifique et au calme, l'accueil était vraiment parfait, Stefanie et David sont très disponibles. De plus tout est proximité : 10/15min à pied du centre et de la plage du village de Carvoeiro. Nous avons passé vraiment un très bon séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! In der Küche war wirklich alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Alles hat funktioniert. Pool war klasse! Draußen- und Drinneinrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen! Wir sind hin und weg von der Villa. Gern wieder!
