Beautiful single-family house "Villa Liliarty", renovated in 2022. 2.5 km from the centre of Carcès, 18 km from the centre of Lorgues, 20 km from the centre of Brignoles, in the residential district. Private: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Boules, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 32 km, sandy beach "Sainte Maxime" 53 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 3 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Baou, Cotignac, Abbaye du Thoronet, Calanques de Cassis, Vallon Sourn, Sillans La Cascade. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 48 km, Carcès 3 km. Hiking paths: Bessillion, Plaine des Maures, Gorges du Verdon. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
