the villa is situated at the end of a 1.5 km track with fantastic views to the Mediterranean.Entering the property through a big antik two wing door you arrive in a open plan kitchen- diningroom and lounge aera with its open fire place.High sealing decorated with old wodden beams and sealing fans complement the picture.
The villa is south facing ,bright and comfortable equipped.A large dining table next to the kitchen unit invited to enjoyable meals.The kitchen offers a 5 hob gas cooker and a big electrical oven,dishwasher,microwave,cafemachine...
The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden and comfortable terraces.Going down some easy steps ,you get to the invinity pool and its aera with sunny and shady places,lounges and another table with chairs to rest from the sun under a shadow roof.Natural shade is provided by a beautiful big palm tree.
