Heating for pool is already charged on your initial payment and we were charged again by the day! Beware! They did return our monies promptly. Overall very clean, nice and spacious home.

Great place overall!! Very clean and spacious. Everything was essentially brand new. Only drawbacks were a lack of plates, trash bags and other kitchen supplies. Pool was also unusually warm (93 degrees when we got there). Overall I would definitely recommend it!

The property was fantastic and the location was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean with plenty of towels, blankets, etc. We felt there could definitely have been more as far as plates, glasses, mugs and more. For example, the place is designed to accommodate 8 people however there were only 3 coffee mugs. We were also surprised there was not an iron or ironing board. Those are pretty standard when looking at things provided.

Es una lástima q una casa tan bonita ofrezca un servicio tan malo, todo estaba sucio con mal olor lleno de basura los toilet y sucios , la cocina muy sucia , toda la ropa para camas sin vestir y con cabellos en todas partes de los huéspedes anteriores. Adornos de cristal roto. No regreso más a esta propiedad y no la recomiendo a nadie. No limpiaron nunca y me sentí maltratada por el anfitrión que no me ha respondido todavía cuando me devuelve el dinero de la limpieza q hice, además conmigo estaba mi mamá q tiene 89 años y nesesidades especiales. Recibimos sucia la piscina y nunca se recicló no pudimos usarla solo un día. Gracias!!

Sentimos mucho que la casa no estuviera limpia a su llegada, con la cocina y los baños en mal estado, la ropa de cama sin vestir y cabellos de huéspedes anteriores. Eso está muy por debajo del estándar que mantenemos, y lo hemos trasladado a nuestro equipo de limpieza para que lo revise con seriedad. Lamentamos también que la piscina no estuviera lista para disfrutarla como esperaban, sobre todo viajando con su mamá y sus necesidades especiales.
