Lovely apartment in lovely location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was quiet and comfortable with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The grocery store is a 15 minute walk (or few minute drive) and the bakery around the corner is fabulous!We had a problem locating the property as the front picture is not the apartment itself!

Die Wohnung ist vollkommen in Ordnung.Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Vom Balkon hat man direkte Sicht auf die Lübecker Bucht.Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin etwas holprig, da schwer erreichbar.Nach Kontaktherstellung lief aber alles reibungslos.Super Lage, fast am Strand.

Gute Lage, günstiger Preis – aber leider unhygienisch und schlechter Umgang mit Beschwerden

Der Preis war wirklich unschlagbar für eine vierköpfige Familie, und auch die Lage der Wohnung war ideal – ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut angebunden. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig.Schon beim Betreten des Badezimmers waren wir enttäuscht – es war unhygienisch und in einem Zustand, der regelrecht abstoßend wirkte. Der Küchenboden war ebenfalls dreckig, und hier und da fanden sich fremde Haare in der Wohnung. Glücklicherweise hatten wir unseren eigenen Hochstuhl dabei, denn der vorhandene im Schrank war in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man ihn niemandem zumuten kann.Die Wohnung scheint von den Urlaubern selbst gereinigt werden zu müssen – ein Konzept, das offensichtlich nicht funktioniert. Auch die Abwicklung der Kurtaxe blieb an uns hängen, obwohl dies eigentlich Aufgabe des Vermieters ist.Auf unsere Beschwerde hin erhielten wir von der Vermieterin keinerlei Lösungsvorschlag – stattdessen wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass man eben mit solchen Mängeln rechnen müsse, wenn man eine günstige Ferienwohnung buche. Ein derartiger Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik ist enttäuschend und wenig kundenorientiert.Wenn man eine Ferienwohnung besitzt und diese regelmäßig vermietet, sollte man leider doch ab und zu selbst vorbeischauen und nach dem Rechten sehen – allein auf Gäste oder Reinigung in Eigenregie zu setzen, reicht hier ganz klar nicht aus.

Lage gut, Wohnung nicht sauber

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Leider haben wir das Kleingedruckte - dass nämlich die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchgeführt werden soll - erst bei der Ankunft wahrgenommen... Dementsprechend war der Zustand der Wohnung (aufgeräumt aber eben nicht geputzt und auch kein Staub gewischt). Schon etwas eklig... Hier wäre mal eine echte Grundreinigung fällig!!! Der Balkon war für uns nicht nutzbar, da er total verdreckt war und die beiden vorhandenen Plastikstühle kaputt waren.

Dreckig und unaufgeräumt

Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht nochmals mieten. Der Vormieter hatte in der Waschmaschine Wäsche vergessen und das Kinderspielzeug nicht weggeräumt. Es fehlten circa 1/3 aller Leuchtmittel, in der Küche stapelten sich abgelaufene Lebensmittel, im Flur gab es undefinierbare chemische Gerüche, der Badewannenablauf war verstopft, überall lag Staub, die Küchenoberflächen waren verschmiert, die Fenster waren voller Schlieren. Der Balkon ist verdreckt.Die Vermietung und Pflege einer Ferienwohnung organisiert sich nicht von selbst, die Vermieterin kommt ihren Verpflichtungen nicht nach. Für uns ist diese Ferienwohnung tabu.

Top Lage, ansonsten.....

Einfacher Check in, ansonsten hätte die Wohnung sauberer sein können. Tierhaare im WZ. Wäsche in und auf der Waschmaschine.Im Kühlschrank ein angefangen es Glas Majo, im Gefrierfach Essen. Mülleimer waren nicht geleert. Abgelaufenes Magenmittel hinter der Küchentür. Kein Wischer in der Wohnung und der Staubsauger Beutel war auch voll und natürlich keiner da zum Tauschen. Hlabe Duschtür fehlt.Also mit der Selbstreinigung muss mehr kontrolliert werden. Größe der Wohnung top, ansonsten sieht man uns nicht wieder
