Lovely apartment in lovely location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was quiet and comfortable with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The grocery store is a 15 minute walk (or few minute drive) and the bakery around the corner is fabulous!We had a problem locating the property as the front picture is not the apartment itself!

Details: - Anreise als vierköpfige Familie- 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, nur 1 geblieben - SelbstversorgungPositiv:- Parkplatz vorhanden (aber eng bemessen)- super Lage, keine 10 Minuten zum Strand- Übernachtungspreis top für Scharbeutz - nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit VermieterinNegativ:Sauberkeit und Hygiene wird vom Vormieter vorausgesetzt (Laut Beschreibung der Anzeige). Anscheinend zählt da auch Fenster, Bad und Balkon etc. putzen dazu. Jedenfalls waren bei uns die Fenster schon längere Zeit nicht geputzt worden, Badezimmer Flecken auf Spiegel und Armaturen, Küche alter Schwamm, Gläser, Besteck, Ofen etc. nicht sauber. Geschirrspüler defekt und Wasser ausgelaufen nach Programmdurchlauf. Möbel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Abgenutzt, alte Zeitschriften, Papier in den Schränken. Matratzen keine Schoner, somit natürlich Flecken auf den Matratzen (will man nicht wissen woher).Aufgrund das anscheinend kein Interesse am Erhalt und Hygiene der Wohnung besteht, mussten wir leider 1 Tag vorher abreisen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieterin, stellte sich heraus, das wir anscheinend unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Erhalt einer schönen Wohnung haben. Schade. Man könnte viel draus machen. Wären dann auch bereit mehr für die Übernachtung zu bezahlen. Somit bleibt leider kein positiver Eindruck von der Wohnung.

Positiv: gut eingerichtet. Schön groß. Hell. Top Lage. Super Kommunikation. Negativ: Das Konzept funktioniert einfach nicht, dass jeder Gast hinterher selbst putzt. Als wir ankamen, konnten wir die Toilette nicht benutzen. Binden lagen offen im Müll und Blut Tropfen waren vor der Toilette. Das Kloh war so dreckig, dass ich erstmal würgend putzen musste. Nach 5 h Fahrt ist man eigentlich nur noch müde und ich hab erstmal alles sauber gemacht. Ein undefinierter Geruch war in der Wohnung auch noch vorhanden. Ich versteh auch nicht, wie man als Gast die Wohnung so hinterlassen kann. Für ca. 1200 7 Nächte. Habe vor lauter Ekel die erste Nacht Magen/Darm Krämpfe gehabt. Schade.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Meerblick vom Balkon war ein echtes Highlight.Die Einrichtung war schön und alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit – vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist vollkommen in Ordnung.Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Vom Balkon hat man direkte Sicht auf die Lübecker Bucht.Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin etwas holprig, da schwer erreichbar.Nach Kontaktherstellung lief aber alles reibungslos.Super Lage, fast am Strand.

Gute Lage, günstiger Preis – aber leider unhygienisch und schlechter Umgang mit Beschwerden

Der Preis war wirklich unschlagbar für eine vierköpfige Familie, und auch die Lage der Wohnung war ideal – ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut angebunden. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig.Schon beim Betreten des Badezimmers waren wir enttäuscht – es war unhygienisch und in einem Zustand, der regelrecht abstoßend wirkte. Der Küchenboden war ebenfalls dreckig, und hier und da fanden sich fremde Haare in der Wohnung. Glücklicherweise hatten wir unseren eigenen Hochstuhl dabei, denn der vorhandene im Schrank war in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man ihn niemandem zumuten kann.Die Wohnung scheint von den Urlaubern selbst gereinigt werden zu müssen – ein Konzept, das offensichtlich nicht funktioniert. Auch die Abwicklung der Kurtaxe blieb an uns hängen, obwohl dies eigentlich Aufgabe des Vermieters ist.Auf unsere Beschwerde hin erhielten wir von der Vermieterin keinerlei Lösungsvorschlag – stattdessen wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass man eben mit solchen Mängeln rechnen müsse, wenn man eine günstige Ferienwohnung buche. Ein derartiger Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik ist enttäuschend und wenig kundenorientiert.Wenn man eine Ferienwohnung besitzt und diese regelmäßig vermietet, sollte man leider doch ab und zu selbst vorbeischauen und nach dem Rechten sehen – allein auf Gäste oder Reinigung in Eigenregie zu setzen, reicht hier ganz klar nicht aus.

Lage gut, Wohnung nicht sauber

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Leider haben wir das Kleingedruckte - dass nämlich die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchgeführt werden soll - erst bei der Ankunft wahrgenommen... Dementsprechend war der Zustand der Wohnung (aufgeräumt aber eben nicht geputzt und auch kein Staub gewischt). Schon etwas eklig... Hier wäre mal eine echte Grundreinigung fällig!!! Der Balkon war für uns nicht nutzbar, da er total verdreckt war und die beiden vorhandenen Plastikstühle kaputt waren.
