The holiday home was originally built in 1953 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020–2021. It offers approximately 208 m² of living space spread over 3 floors and features a large garden. The holiday home is divided into two holiday apartments and features gas central heating. Further details about the apartments can be found in the attached amenities description. This detached single-family home was built in a very upscale residential area of the Lake Constance municipality “Öhningen” in the “Kattenhorn” district on a south-facing slope and is situated on a garden lot of approximately 3,100 with a separate parcel of land designated as a private green space/recreational area. From the ground floor, ground floor, and garden level, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Seerücken; a public access point to Lake Constance is located just a few metres from the house (approximately 300 metres away). The Lake Constance bike path and a bus stop are located right next to the house. The entire house faces south/east and therefore receives plenty of sunlight. The town of Öhningen has excellent amenities, including a school, kindergarten, bus service, doctors, banks, shopping, sports facilities, and a beautiful beach. The cities of Radolfzell and Singen are about a 15- to 20-minute drive away.
The Seegarten holiday rental offers a magnificent view. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cups, pots, pans, peelers, dishes, water glasses, coffee set, champagne glasses, wine glasses, and silverware, plates, coasters, a tea box, and cutting boards. The smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit ensure your safety. A comfortable night’s sleep is provided by the sofa bed and the sleeping alcove with a French bed (1.40 x 2.00 metres). A Kallax unit with lighting, a flat-screen TV, a radio, Wi-Fi, and a quartz wall clock create a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, soap dispenser, and hair dryer, meets your daily hygiene needs. A washing machine, clothes rack, and ironing board make a longer stay more convenient. The outdoor seating area in front of the apartment offers a lake view and features 2 lounge chairs, a small table, a parasol, and a Weber grill with accessories.
