Great place for what you are paying, it is right on Coastal Highway so the road noise gets tiring.

3 flights of stairs up to the unit. Unit is clean The balcony faces the side of the building with the ocean 2 blocks to your left. A little traffic noise since route 50 is right there. Keys are picked up at a rental office near by which is near by and has a drop box for off hours.

I think that the location is what makes this place great. The kitchen has been updated and is very nice. I think the place itself needs an update and a refresh. I also felt like there was one place in the floor that my foot and leg was going to fall through. The furniture, the carpets, bathrooms, and wallpaper could use a refresh as well as art on the wall. Specifically one of the 3 D pictures has a crack in the glass. But if you don't care about that you will be fine.

Crumbs and stains on the kids beds. Sand on the counter tops and in the master bedroom drawers. Master bedroom shower was broken and spraying everywhere, but they did send someone to fix it almost immediately! Towels were provided but I’m not sure they were ever washed before. Our bodies were covered lint every shower- so bad we had to take dirty clothes and wipe off again before applying lotion or anything because it would just pill up all over. Piled up linens in the closet and folded ones out in the living room, not sure what exactly was clean or not. I guess overall it was a decent price for the end of June.
