Elegant design features mix of Asian influences on a sailing theme with sleek lighting and comfortable seating throughout. Luxury features include: - expanded gourmet kitchen with all new appliances (double wall ovens, French-door style refrigerator and full range of cooking utensils) and quartz countertops; - four flat screen TVs (living room features a 52' Sony with built-in Internet, DVD and connections for video game consoles); - Wifi.; - cell phone booster antenna (supports most cell phones, but not Nextel); - beverage cooler in large entertainment center with iPod connection, 5 CD changer, AM-FM stereo; - hardwood floors with large area rugs in spacious family living area; - wall-to-wall carpet in bedrooms, - two new designer bathrooms (one with 'waterfall' faucet) and new designer powder room; - and new full size washer and dryer.
