We offer comfortable holiday apartments with generous amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen (e.g., coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave) and parking directly at the building.

In the spacious 2- to 3-room apartments with a balcony or terrace (except for those on the basement level), you’ll find everything you’d expect from a comfortable apartment.

From everyday essentials like bed linens and towels, a dishwasher, a phone, to an internet connection (Wi-Fi), satellite TV, Google Chrome (screen mirroring), and/or a DVD player, stereo system, and lift (in the Niedersachsen building)—everything is provided free of charge. A coin-operated washing machine, a coin-operated dryer, an ironing board, and an iron are available in the basement of the Haus Niedersachsen building.

There is an oven in each of the
