Perfekcyjne udogodnienia: znakomicie działająca klimatyzacja w pokojach, automatyczne zaciemniające rolety i markizy na uroczym balkonie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Przestronne pokoje. Łazienka i toaleta czyste, ale lata świetności mają już dawno za sobą… Prywatny garaż w podziemnym parkingu pod budynkiem. Spokojna, bezpieczna dzielnica. Czysty, elegancki budynek.
