The home features a full kitchen with the essentials you need, including a refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The eat-in dining area has a small table with seating for four, perfect for a quick bite or casual meal. In the living room, there’s a comfortable sofa and a smart TV where you can log into your own streaming accounts if you'd like to catch up on a favorite show or movie. One of the nicest areas in the house is the sunroom, where you can relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy views of the nearby water. It’s a quiet space that many guests have found to be their favorite. The home has two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the second with a twin bed and a twin trundle that pulls out, providing space to sleep two more guests comfortably. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there’s also an outdoor shower that’s great after a trip to the beach. Outside, you’ll find a pleasant yard with Adirondack chairs, a hammock, a picnic table, and a gas grill. It’s a nice space to enjoy a meal or sit under the stars.
