We feel so fortunate to have booked this house. The house exudes coastal charm and has the most amazing view of Barnstable Harbor. The small, quaint, historic town was a short walk away with everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay
We love the Cape this time of year, and this home enhanced our experience. It was clean, comfortable and charming. The attention to detail was apparent from the fully stocked kitchen, with its beautiful blue willow dishes, to the binoculars provided to observe the harbor while enjoying the spectacular sunset. We would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Wonderful Cape Cod Escape
Very clean and well-stocked house. Feels like a brand new house. No tacky decorations like so many rentals. Very comfortable bed in primary. Great beach chairs. Owner very responsive to any issues. Would return in a heartbeat.
A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, with a peaceful beautiful water view. The house was super-clean and easily accomodated our family group of 6 adults.

We loved this place!!
We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home. The views were absolutely stunning - sunrise breakfast on the back deck and sunset cocktails on the upper deck overlooking the harbor quickly became our favorite routines.
This house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and recharging. inside, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished -clearly cared for with attention to detail.
This was one of the most enjoyable and seamless vacation stays we’ve had. We will absolutely be back!
We had the best time staying at this beautiful house! The view was incredible, the place was very clean and had everything we needed (there isn’t a TV, but we didn’t miss it). The location was great, we loved going to Nirvana every morning for coffee! The only problem we had was the access code not working on check in and throughout our stay, but thankfully someone answered when I called and gave us a backup solution. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Week
We booked this wonderful home to bring our family together for the week. The communication was terrific, the place was very clean, and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. Highlights included the decks on the first and second floor, the beach pass, the grill, the great (quiet) neighborhood, the access to shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and many other things too numerous to mention. We would highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful Home on the Harbor
We loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect for our family of six. We loved that we were walking distance to the little village of Barnstable. We enjoyed coffee from Nirvana and food from The Buttercup Cafe. We also loved that the house was right on the water. Our kids spent hours exploring the rocks and water looking for sea creatures and fishing (water shoes are a must)! The house itself is so charming and fully stocked with everything you need for a vacation on the cape.

Darn near everything. Upstairs deck was great for evening cocktails and beautiful views all day but sunset in particular. We arrived on 8/31 and left in the early morning 9/8 and loved every minute we were there. It was our first time in Barnstable and I suspect we’ll be back.
It was immaculate, well-stocked, (including toiletries, paper goods, and detergents) and everything worked! This is our first cape vacay where my elderly dad wasn’t puttering fixing something, combatting bugs or rodents, or mentioning something that could be different! We were wishing we had booked more time here!

Amazing House!
This house is incredible! Very clean. Fully stocked. Has everything your could possibly need or want. The views are incredible. It was a perfect place for our family. Theres a binder in the house that is extremely helpful if you have any questions or problems or tells you about the attractions nearby and has a beach pass. Vacasa was very easy to work with. I am so happy I found this place. We will definitely be back!
We booked the property due to its proximity to my parents’ house in South Yarmouth. Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beach towels and chairs a nice touch, games and kids activities great for a rainy day. Great fully stocked kitchen and beautiful water views.
A couple things to note the 1st floor bedroom does not have a real door, just a screen so not super private. There is also no TV on the property. This was not an issue for us but something to note for others. Would definitely stay again!

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We passed your comments along to our local manager to review and we appreciate guests’ preferences as a means to continually improve. We look forward to hosting your next stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this light, bright, and beautifully decorated home right on the water. Very happy with everything.
Note to owner/rental agency: the only downside was that the people next door spent a lot of time outdoors speaking loudly in the evenings. Not sure there is really anything to do about this; just wanted to mention it was the one thing I would have changed if I could.
