Inside, discover a vibrant interior with comfortable and eclectic decor from top to bottom. Brew up your morning coffee or prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine together at the round table for six, or meet up outside at the picnic table on the sand for a beachside picnic. The interior dining area shares space with the main living area where you can settle in and watch TV, or step out into the furnished and screened sunroom to close out your days with a glass of wine chilled in your very own wine fridge. Foldable bed for small child available in master closet as well. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand. Waste may be disposed of in the on-site dumpster located in the middle of the community. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
