The “Möltenorter Strand” holiday rental is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Heikendorf, in the Möltenort district, on the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord. In Heikendorf, you can stroll around, take a walk, or enjoy the sunset in the evening. From shops for everyday needs to Scandinavian fashion and cute knick-knack stores, Heikendorf has it all.
The holiday rental is located on the upper floor of a single-family home in the immediate vicinity of the beach, right on the beach promenade. It is a non-smoking apartment with a total area of approximately 50 m². It features a high-quality, new built-in kitchen with a dining area. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The large combined living and bedroom area features, among other things, a double bed and a rustic wardrobe for your clothes. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa with a coffee table. The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2021, including the small bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has attractive vinyl flooring and was lovingly furnished. A stunning view of the Kiel Fjord awaits you from the windows of the kitchen, the dining area, and the living and sleeping areas.
You can enjoy the sun either right on the beach or in the quiet backyard, which is furnished with garden furniture. 
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A TV and a CD player with radio are provided.
Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price.
Bicycle storage and a parking space are available. 
The holiday rental can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 14 nights.
From April through October, a visitor’s tax is required in Heikendorf. This tax is payable in addition to the rental price per day of stay and per person and amounts to €2.50 (or €1.25 at the reduced rate) during the high season (May through September) and €1.20 (or €0.60 at the reduced rate) during the low season (April and October). For more details, please refer to the current version of the ordinance on the collection of a visitor’s tax in the municipality of Heikendorf (Visitor’s Tax Ordinance).
