Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking holiday apartment No. 053.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a large balcony facing southeast with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. No through traffic and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach—let the holiday begin! The balcony is accessible from the combined living and dining area. The small kitchenette, equipped with an oven and stove, is open to the living and dining area via a serving hatch. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 180 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The second bedroom has a sleeper chair (80 cm x 190 cm). Alternatively, the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower. You can enter the apartment directly from your parking space at ground level. The beach is just a few steps away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies may still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
