Welcome to the 2-room holiday apartment No. 428,<br><br>. The apartment is located on the 7th floor with a balcony facing southeast and is a lovely holiday home for families. Across the complex, you have a view of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay. The combined living and dining area opens onto the balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is open to the living and dining area. The living room features a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm) and a sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm). The bedroom features a loft bed (90 cm x 190 cm), a sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm), and a sleeper chair (80 cm x 200 cm). There is an interior, modern bathroom with a large shower. The beach is just a few steps away without having to cross a street. The popular HANSA-PARK amusement and family park is also within walking distance, just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included. Wi-Fi available.<br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay. <br><br>Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.<br><br>All our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
