Welcome to the 2-room, non-smoking holiday apartment No. 485,

. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a high-rise building and features a terrace facing southeast. You can access the terrace from the combined living and dining area. The kitchen, equipped with an oven and stove, is open to the living area. The bedroom has two separate beds (2 x 90 cm x 190 cm) that cannot be pushed together. There is a skylight here for ventilation. There is no space in the bedroom to set up a travel cot. The living area also features a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm). There is a bathroom with a shower, also featuring a skylight for ventilation. Parking space included. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee during your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities in the area around the Ferienpark offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
