The Space:

Welcome to your front-row seat to Mission Bay. Located in a boutique four-unit building directly on the sand, this spacious 2,000+ sqft condo occupies the entire top floor, offering privacy, light-filled interiors, and sweeping bay views.



Accessed via two flights of stairs, the home opens into a bright and open living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas come together seamlessly. Large windows and sliding doors frame the bay, filling the space with natural light and creating the perfect setting to gather after a day at the beach.



Step out onto the private balcony and take in the vibrant boardwalk below—watch beach volleyball, enjoy the calm bay waters, or sip your morning coffee as the sun rises. In the evenings, the space transforms into the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy stunning sunsets over the water.



The condo comfortably accommodates larger groups with four well-appointed bedrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each offer two queen beds, making them ideal for families or groups, while the fourth bedroom includes bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. The home also includes two full bathrooms and a half bath for added convenience.



Additional features include in-unit laundry, two dedicated parking spaces, and direct beach access from the building.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

• As part of our standard verification process, we do require that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
