MARESME BEACH APARTMENT is located in Canet de Mar and features a bright living room with sea views, a kitchen, and three bedrooms. The main bedroom has air conditioning and also overlooks the sea. Enjoy a wonderful terrace with sea views—perfect for relaxing or dining while listening to the waves. The apartment is 40 km from Barcelona. Canet de Mar train station, a ten-minute walk away, connects you to central Barcelona in about an hour.



Complimentary parking is provided in the building for guests. Parking is only allowed if your vehicle fits within the marked lines of the parking space.



Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an additional fee upon arrival. Check-in is not possible after 23:00. Guests under 25 cannot check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. This is a family property.



The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. According to municipal regulations, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.

Top Lage, toller Ausgangspunkt für Strand und Stadtausflüge.

Pros: Die Lage ist genial. Direkter Blick vom Balkon im 4.OG auf Meer und Strand bringen einen in tolle Urlaubsstimmung jeden Morgen und abends. Der Strand ist auch meist nicht so voll wie an anderen Orten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Durch die Lage ist es ein idealer Ausgangsort für kurze Ausflüge an die Costa Brava im Norden und Barcelona im Süden. Die Übergaben liefen problemlos, der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Conxi war freundlich. An der Sauberkeit der Wohnung gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend ausgestattet, die "Kaffeemaschine" besteht allerdings nur aus einem italienischem Mokkabereiter für den Gasherd. Das WLAN funktioniert ebenfalls gut. Cons: Direkt am Haus verläuft die Bahnlinie nach Barcelona, mit bis zu 4 Bahnen pro Stunde werktags, am Wochenende weniger. Es ist nur eine Klimaanlage in dem Schlafraum mit dem Doppelbett installiert, die anderen Räume sind leider ohne Klimatisierung. Die Parkgarage ist etwas eng und erfordert einige Rangiermanöver beim ein- und ausparken, aber immerhin ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden und inklusive. Die Parksituation an den Straßen ist wie eigentlich überall in den umliegenden Ortschaften extrem schwierig, mit Ausnahme der großen Supermärkte und Parkhäuser
