Welcome to the Vista Bonita!! The Pretty View! This is a large upstairs studio with amazing foothill and coastal range views located in a private, gated community in Chico. It’s a perfect space for guests seeking a cozy place to unwind. Around 800 sq ft and boasting a full-size, fully stocked kitchen, this studio has it all! Washer and dryer located inside the unit, large patio with amazing sunset views (and outdoor dining furniture), indoor fireplace, private driveway and entrance. It has 1 bathroom with a large shower, a queen bed, and a smart TV.
Located within two miles of golf courses, walking trails, hiking and biking trails, and Upper Bidwell Park - it’s a perfect spot for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Please note this is a mid-term rental, available for 30+ Night Extended Stays Only. It is ideal for traveling professionals / relocations / insurance stays / visiting family members.
