The Pelican House is a designer quality mid century modern 3B/2BA beach house. The space features two queen and one full bed, perfect for families or groups. The house has central heating, air conditioning and laundry. The Pelican House has a fenced in backyard with covered dining, outdoor sitting, a firepit and outdoor shower. The location of this home is outstanding! Walk to the neighborhood's private gated beach access, just south of the Don Cesar. Short walk into Pass-a Grille or you can be in downtown St. Pete or Skyway Bridge in 10 minutes, TPA Airport in 30 mins. This home has a minimum monthly rental (28 days). You are 1 block from a fantastic park with playground and tennis courts. There is offstreet parking for 4 cars, 2 in front and 2 in the back. The home has everything you need to hit the beach (chairs and umbrella). Stay at the Pelican House and put your feet in the sand.
