Welcome to our spacious 3BR/2BA family home in the quiet Cal Park neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Chico. Enjoy an open floor plan with a 75” TV, dedicated workspace, and central heat/AC for year-round comfort.

Sleeping arrangements include a California king bed, full bed, and bunk beds, with an Aerobed available upon request. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and includes two bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub.

Step outside to a private backyard oasis featuring a pool, hot tub, BBQ, smoker, and pizza oven—perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Conveniently located just 2 miles from Bidwell Park and under 1 mile from Canyon Oaks Country Club.

Please note this is our primary residence. No parties or large gatherings allowed, and quiet hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Nice house for up to 6 people comfortably. Good neighborhood too. Big and comfy family room extended from the kitchen. Very nice master bedroom with a door to the pool. Nice pool and shade area. Improvement suggestions include: need coffee pods for guests (there was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee), fix the smoke alarm in the master bedroom (it was hanging from the ceiling), empty dresser drawers for guests to use, replace the double bed to a queen or king in the guest room to accommodate 2 adults, change out the bed pillows in the master bedroom to new pillows.

We really appreciate your feedback as we’re continuing to improve the guest experience. Since this is our primary home, we’re still working through the best ways to balance our personal space with making sure guests have everything they need during their stay. We’ll definitely take a look at creating more dedicated storage space for guests. We also love your suggestion about the Keurig coffee pods and will be adding those for future guests. The smoke detector in the master bedroom is already in the process of being fixed, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We’ll also be replacing the master bedroom pillows to help make the stay even more comfortable. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us make the home better for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback!
