Escape to the mountains and enjoy a peaceful retreat just 3.8 miles from historic downtown Blowing Rock. Conveniently located off Highway 321 between Blowing Rock and Lenoir, our private guest suite puts you close to everything the High Country has to offer, including shopping, dining, skiing, hiking, and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.

After a day of exploring, come home and unwind on your private covered deck. Soak in the Jacuzzi, grill dinner on the gas grill, gather around the fire pit, or simply relax and enjoy the quiet mountain surroundings.

The suite features one comfortable bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for couples or a small family traveling with a child.

We are happy to welcome pets weighing 20 lbs. or less. A $75 pet fee applies, so please be sure to indicate that you are traveling with a pet when booking.

The owners live in the main home upstairs, but your guest suite is completely private with its own entrance and no shared indoor living spaces. We respect our guests’ privacy while remaining nearby should you need anything during your stay.

I have to start with the view, sitting by the LP fire pit or the hot tub, the mountains were oh so pretty! Inside the house was very nice as well. Kitchen had everything you could need. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had such a relaxing stay! The view was amazing, and we loved spending time in the hot tub, sitting by the fire pit, and watching the deer. The highway is close and can be loud at times, but it never drowned out the beautiful wind chimes.We brought our little Yorkiepoo, and the home was very dog-friendly. She wasn’t quite as fond of the deer as we were, though! We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Jenna was a wonderful host and so responsive, which made everything easy from start to finish. The place was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we could have needed. We especially appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer, which definitely helped us save on some overpacking!The location was fantastic too, with easy access to both Blowing Rock and Boone, making it a great home base for hiking, shopping, exploring, and enjoying everything the area has to offer. The mountain views were incredible, and we loved being able to see the wildlife around the property.The main bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and there was also a pullout couch if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would absolutely book here again if we’re ever back in the area!

The hosts are great!!! Everything was clean and as advertised. The scenery was beautiful and there home is even more beautiful in person. This was a great experience and we will be coming back.
