Casa Dias Marinos - Cosy holiday home with fantastic views from the terrace, very close to the beach

Casa Dias Marinos is a simple but cosy holiday home for up to 6 people in the beautiful Conil residential area of La Fuente del Gallo. The house is slightly elevated and has a beautiful view from the terrace over the palm trees to the sea. The living room has two sofas and a dining area. The large panoramic window can be opened completely, so that the covered terrace and the living room merge together. There is also a sun terrace with simple sunbeds. The kitchen is very small, but has everything necessary for cooking (no dishwasher). At the back of the house are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and share a bathroom with bath (shower overhead). The house has wifi. The very good restaurant El Marinero and a small but well-stocked supermarket are directly opposite and the beach is only a few metres away. The centre of Conil can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in a good half hour on foot.

Fantásticas vistas a 10metros del mar

Casa antigua, de las primeras construcciones de Fuente del Gallo, con fantásticas vistas al mar y puesta de sol desde su terraza. La casa en su interior es correcta y tiene mucho y variado menaje de cocina. El jardín y las terrazas necesitariam ser arregladas y tener algo más de limpieza. Es una pena no poder utilizarlo. Una piscina sería un gran plus.
