Inside, guests find a lovely living room with queen sofa, 2 bedrooms on main floor and one sleep sofa on first floor, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space. The house features three bathrooms, two with a refreshing shower to start your day right.
Main primary suite with en-suite bathroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed, everyone can enjoy a comfortable night’s rest. Heating and air conditioning keep the space cozy no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding after exploring the beach or gathering for a meal, this superb house offers a fantastic home base. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Gas fireplace as well. Views of Hampton Harbor and private beach st end of street, 5 minute walk to beach. This location avoids all the busy Hampton Beach traffic with easy access in and out of the beach. Fireworks every Wednesday night and movies on the beach for kids weather permitting, Pots and pans, dishes , glasses , table on porch with six chairs to enjoy watching Hampton Harbor and marsh areas, Great view of fireworks right from porch.Front stairs are lit at night. Take in the salt air and enjoy the beach at the best beach in the northeast.All you need to bring are linens and towels. Enjoy our home.

Beautiful newly built home, with unique features to include plenty of parking at this property. Sunrises are spectacular and beautiful view of weekly fireworks right from front porch.

Easy access to Route 101 avoids busy beach traffic and 20 minutes to Portsmouth and the coast.
