Sonoma garden suite with pergola patio — walk to El Molino Central
Summary:
String lights glow beneath the wisteria-draped pergola on the private patio of this quiet Boyes Hot Springs garden suite. A queen bedroom and light-cooking kitchenette suit a couple perfectly — with El Molino Central a short walk away and Sonoma Plaza's 20+ tasting rooms minutes from the door. Sleeps 2, with central AC for warm valley days.
The Space:
This private garden suite in Boyes Hot Springs — the neighborhood just north of Sonoma Plaza — is built around one of the best patios in the valley: a covered courtyard beneath a weathered wood pergola, strung with lights, wrapped in a wooden privacy fence, with wisteria overhead and a gas grill at hand.
Inside, the bedroom catches the morning sun through blackout-shade windows and holds a queen bed with generous storage. The living space opens to the garden with a day-bed, comfortable chairs, and a wall-mounted TV with streaming (bring your own logins). The kitchenette is designed for light cooking — hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave — perfect for breakfasts and picnic prep, with El Molino Central and a dozen more standout restaurants within a short walk when you'd rather not cook.
Start the day with coffee and breakfast on the patio while the valley wakes up, catch the Friday morning Farmers Market on Sonoma Plaza, and spend afternoons among the Plaza's 20+ walkable tasting rooms and farm-to-table restaurants. Then wrap up the evening on the patio under the string lights with a Cabernet selected that day.
The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa — famous for its natural mineral spring pools — is a three-tenths-mile stroll for a spa day, with La Hacienda and Creekside Cafe practically next door and Cielito Coffee & Ice Cream covering mornings and dessert.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

One reserved parking space is provided on the street in front of the house. A car makes Sonoma Valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and parks run up and down Highway 12. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.
Other Things to Note:
The TV supports streaming apps, but you will need to log in with your own Netflix or other accounts. The primary renter must be 21 or older. This is a private suite adjacent to the main residence, so please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening. Summer in Sonoma Valley can be warm, but the suite has central AC to keep you comfortable. This property is not dog-friendly. The kitchenette is designed for light cooking — a hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave rather than a full range — so plan accordingly if you prefer to cook full meals. The air conditioning and heating are controlled by the property owner. If you need the temperature adjusted, please contact your local property manager and we will coordinate with the owner.
