With three bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, everyone can enjoy privacy and convenience. The space stays comfortable with air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or getting ready for an evening out, this brilliant town-home offers everything you need. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our enchanting town-home.

(License is 6 people max. Since property is a traditional town-home, there are stairways which are not ideal for older or bad knees or toddlers. No parties or large gatherings. A separate owners rental agreement is required in addition to VRBO's agreement and must be signed by all guests prior to being considered a valid rental agreement and access to property being granted.)

We had such a wonderful time here. Everything was as described. The location is absolutely perfect for beach, bay, or restaurants. The A/C was huge as it was a warm week. David was great to communicate with and answered any questions we had. We’d love to come back to this beautiful place :)

The place was spotless. Cool floor plan; we loved the roof deck. It's a neat section of neighborhood in Mission Beach with a few decent restaurants within a block or two, easy walking distance. Finding the entrance to the garage was a bit tricky, but that's on Google Maps.
