Fantastic holiday home with pool and versatile outdoor area.



You have to experience this holiday home!

The modernly furnished house with plenty of space for the larger group, the huge terrace with integrated pool where you can lie in the sun and watch your children splash around. The covered terraces where you can relax in the sun and enjoy your meals. The brick barbecue, which provides you with warmth and light in the evening while you wait for your meal to be ready.



And then there's the location! Just a few hundred metres from the beach, which awaits you with its crystal-clear water. The many hiking routes through the beautiful Croatian countryside and, of course, the proximity to Sibenik.



The medieval, proud city of King Kreimir "Sibenik" is one of the largest metropolises in the north of the Dalmatia region alongside Zadar. It offers guests interested in culture numerous museums, galleries and historical sights, such as the St. Anna Fortress, which towers over Sibenik and is also known by the locals as the Mihovil Fortress.

The old town centre of Sibenik is home to numerous churches, monasteries and palaces - the enchanting cultural heritage of a thousand years of important history.

Hidden gem

We had an amazing holiday because of this property. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful. The property has everything you would need whilst on holiday. The hosts are very nice, very friendly and helpful.

Gastfreundlich wird sehr groß geschrieben, wurden recht herzlichen begrüßt, inklusive Willkommens Geschenk Wein, Öl, Schnaps.Als Überraschung hatte Kristina für uns ( 6 Personen) Vorort gegrillt.Die große Anlage ist kaum einsehbar, Zimmer sind alle sehr gut ausgestattet, alle hatten Klima die auch funktionieren.Pool ist groß und sehr sauber.Gute Strände sind ca 7 km entfernt.Hausstrand naja, wer‘s mag.Guter Bäcker rechts an der Küste ca. 3 Km.Großeinkauf meine Empfehlung, Konsum in Sibenik

Liebevoll eingerichtet, lässt das Ferienhaus keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, damit man einen unbeschwerten Urlaub verbringen kann.Das Vermieterehepaar kümmert sich um den Pool und den Garten, und war sogar so nett an 2 Abenden für uns zu kochen- grillen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Perfekt. Kristina und ihr Mann sind super freundliche Gastgeber. Kontakt vor und während des Aufenthalts problemlos per Telefon und Textnachricht.Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es regionalen Wein, Schnaps und Marmelade. Sogar ein selbstgemachter Kuchen wartete im Kühlschrank auf uns.Auf Nachfrage, grillte Kristinas Mann an einem Abend frischen Fisch und Cevapcici. (sehr lecker und all inklusive)Zum Haus kann ich nur sagen, die Bilder lügen nicht. Ein sehr schönes Haus, außen und innen liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Voll ausgestattet. (Spültaps, Waschmittel, alles vorhanden und muss nicht extra gekauft werden.)Toll fand ich auch, dass sämtliche Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet waren. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Fazit: wir waren absolut begeistert und vollends zufrieden.Hvala!
