This is a very cute and well decorated cabin! It feels private and cozy. The owners are easy to communicate with and were very responsive. Livingston Manor was a fun small town to explore. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! I’m glad the car we had was a SUV - it is a gravel only road leading to the property after a certain point. Wasn’t a problem - just something to be aware of when renting.
The cabin was amazing - super clean and comfortable with necessary amenities. Cute fire pit with well kept fenced in yard. Beds comfortable. Communication great. I somehow thought the mountain in the pic was in view of the cabin and trails right off property but had to drive to get to where we could have a nice hike. Not a big deal for sure though. Place itself was great!
We had an excellent stay at this charming location! My husband and I were visiting family who were camping at Mongaup pond. It was about a 15 minute drive from the campsite. At 7 months pregnant in the middle of June I was concerned that this home had no air conditioning, but I was pleasantly relieved when the ceiling fan provided an extremely comfortable environment. We didn’t even need to open the windows or use the additional floor fans that were provided. The host carefully thought through the needs of their guests- an extra phone charger left for guests came in very handy, as well is marshmallow skewers in the cabinet that we were able to bring back to our family’s campsite. However, if we were staying for a longer period of time, it would have been so nice to use the outdoor fire pit in the backyard! Also left for us was a lovely bottle of wine. So thoughtful! The house was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable! We got a great night’s sleep. Our hosts had clear communication, were very friendly, informative, and helpful.I would highly recommend this vrbo to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks again for a wonderful visit!
The property was super clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Communication was effortless and directions and check-in/check-out was easy. We really loved the cabin, it was so pretty. We wish we had the chance to use the fire pit, but the weather didn’t allow. Would recommend!
